
The Taliaferro Farms farm-to-table dinners provide an experience of fresh homegrown veggies in creatively designed dishes. When you arrive you get a tour of the farm, then a cocktail hour with local cider leading to a 5 course using local food and wine inside our greenhouse. We want people to come here and see what farming is all about, and to taste the delicious flavors of our produce.

The Fall Harvest Menu - October 30th collaborating with a class from the Culinary Institute of America
Cocktail Hour - Garlic confit crostini, Lebanese yogurt, roasted root veg skewers
First Course - Butternut squash soup, ginger and caramelized onions
Second Course - Carrot, romanesco, and pickled beet salad with lemon thyme dressing, toasted squash seeds, and garlic bbq rub
Main Course - Spinach with a potato puree served with pork belly and onion jam (vegetarian/vegan option is a beet steak)
Dessert - Butternut squash cake with maple caramel ice cream
